Rick Thoennes III
Rick has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Clemson University and
holds a residential contractors license in South Carolina. Since 1993,
he has developed marketing and promotion campaigns for the construction,
printing and various other industries. His construction and development
experience began in 1994 and he now works alongside Rick Thoennes, Sr.
to develop the luxury gated communities of Cobblestone and Stoneledge,
as well as construction of the their custom homes, town homes and
clubhouses.
