Marick Marketing Group (MMG) was founded in March 2006 by three people striving for excellence and a better way to bring real estate to the market fast while maximizing value. Our philosophy is simply to help others to realize the same success we have achieved. Knowledge is wealth - we have been there, done it and we know what works!
We began by selling property being developed by Marick Group, LLC which is owned and operated by Rick Thoennes Sr & Rick Thoennes III. Two years and several developments later, MMG is not only using their successful process for Marick Group, LLC, but inviting other developers to share in their wealth.
Our mission is to work hard, focus and be selective with developers to ensure our sales process is a proper fit for the developers' vision and expectations.
